Affiliated Regional Services — Billing & Service Policies
1. Per-Defendant Billing Policy Service fees are assessed per defendant/recipient served, not per address. Primary rates cover the initial service, while additional defendants served at the same location receive a secondary discounted rate to cover separate attempt tracking, individual service execution, and distinct affidavits/returns of service.

Carlsbad Base Flat Fee (Routine): $87.00 for 1st defendant + $55.00 for 2nd defendant at the same address (Total: $142.00).

Roswell Base Flat Fee (Routine): $97.00 for 1st defendant + $65.00 for 2nd defendant at the same address (Total: $162.00).

2. Electronic Pre-Payment & Paper Check Rejection

Full electronic pre-payment is strictly required prior to dispatch or service initiation.

Payments are accepted online via credit/debit card or secure digital invoice.

Paper checks are strictly declined. ARS does not extend credit or offer post-service billing terms.

3. Witness Fees & Subpoena Checks

ARS process servers do not handle, advance, or issue witness fees, subpoena fees, or court disbursements.

When a service legally requires a witness fee or payment check to be delivered to the recipient, the client must mail the physical service packet to our office with all completed fee checks already included.
4. Attempt Strategy, Specialty Timing & Stakeouts

Standard service includes up to three diligent attempts scheduled across daytime, evening, and weekend hours using local industry knowledge.

Requested Specific Times: Serves requested for an exact specific time or rigid window require a specialty rate fee.

Stakeouts & Surveillance: Requests for servers to sit on an address or perform extended waiting fall under specialized hourly/stakeout billing.

Skip Tracing: ARS does not provide skip tracing or locate services.

Company & Service Policies
⏱️ Dispatch & Turnaround Times
Work orders submitted and received by 12:00 PM MT are dispatched for initial service within 72 hours (excluding weekends and observed government holidays). Same-day urgent requests require purchasing Rush Service prior to the 12:00 PM cutoff.
📍 Address Verification & Skip Tracing
Client Responsibility: Please verify that the recipient’s address on file is accurate before submitting your work order.
Invalid / Outdated Addresses: If a service attempt reveals an invalid, incorrect, or vacant address provided by the client, that service attempt is considered completed.
Separate Skip Tracing Required: Our field agents do not perform investigative skip tracing during routine service attempts. ARS does not perform or offer skip tracing services. Clients are required to verify and provide a valid address prior to dispatch.
Re-Attempts at New Addresses: If a new address is provided following an undeliverable attempt, an additional service fee will apply based on the new geographic area.

📧 Email Document Acceptance & Weekend Intake
We accept service documents via email 7 days a week. Please note that documents submitted on Saturdays, Sundays, or observed holidays will be processed and scheduled for field dispatch on the following business day.
