Affiliated Retrieval Services (ARS) is pleased to announce a strategic refinement of our primary service area to better serve our core clients. Moving forward, ARS will focus its specialized field operations exclusively within Eddy County and Chaves County.
Primary Coverage Zones:

Eddy County: Artesia, Carlsbad, and surrounding areas.

Chaves County: Roswell and surrounding areas.
As part of this transition, we will no longer be accepting new assignments for Lea County (including Hobbs and Lovington).

COMPANY POLICY
Serves submitted by 11 am are dispatched out for delivery. Within 72 hours.
Wrong addresses/Undeliverable addresses will be considered as a completed serve. We do not investigate or skip traces while in the field. Skip tracing must be purchased separately from the service of the process. Please make sure that the address you have on file is the correct address before you submit your service. If for any reason there is a mistake on our end, you can rest assured that we will correct the error, at no extra fee for you. To return after a Wrongful/Undeliverable address an additional attempt will be charged according to the geographic areas.
Serve documents received via email 7 days a week. Serve documents received on Saturdays and Sundays will not schedule out for service until the immediate following business day.
